REPORTING TO: SPA MANAGER
SCOPE OF ROLE
You will ensure that all Spa Guests visiting the Spa are enjoying their experience and their needs are met throughout their visit. Your role will be customer facing, ensuring the aesthetics of the Spa are in line with guest expectations and Management expectations at all times by supporting the departments throughout the Spa. The day to day role can involve serving customers, taking their orders, talking with the customer about their day or getting customers anything they may need such as extra towels, flip flops, drinks etc.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service background. This role will be supporting all departments throughout the Spa and so this individual needs to be a strong team player as well as someone who can work well on their own.
