Breakfast Chef required for our busy 4* hotel. This role is full time and worked over any 5 days out of the 7 day week - it will include weekends and bank holidays. As well as cooking breakfast for all our guests, you will also be responsible for preparing food for our staff meals and some mise-en-plus for the main kitchen.
Our breakfast offer consists of a full range of English breakfast items and some additional dishes such as fish dishes, French toast and porridge.
The ability to cope with large dining numbers and a quick turnover of items is essential, as well being motivated and orgainised within the kitchen environment.
