Do you accept pets in the hotel?

Are children welcome in the restaurant?
We offer several different dining options, children's tea is served between 12pm -9pm when a full children’s menu is available.

If I see a special offer is released on the dates of my holiday can my rate be adjusted?
At the time of booking the best rate available will be offered to you, should we have availability and release a last minute offer this is applicable to new bookings only.

Can I amend a confirmed booking?
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. For more information on our booking terms, click here. 

Do you supply beach and pool towels?
Towels are available by both the indoor and outdoor pools, we do request that pool towels and bedroom towels are not taken to the beach. Laundry facilities are available at the hotel for your towels if needed.

Is the path to the beach suitable for pushchairs?
The hotel is located at the top of the cliff and there is a zig zag path running from the terrace, this is quite steep in places but is a good level path without steps.

If we would like to eat out of the hotel and have booked on dinner, room and breakfast will we be refunded an allowance?
Please notify reservations if you would like to dine out on one of your evenings and the rate will be amended for you, should you arrive at the hotel and decide to dine out, unfortunately, no reduction will be made.

Do you have plenty of parking spaces available?
The hotel has 2 car parks allowing parking for all hotel guests, on the very rare occasion you cannot find a parking space please see the porters who will arrange one for you. Disabled parking spaces can be requested in the top car park close to the main entrance. Please note we have installed Smart Parking so you will need to enter your car registration in the tablet provided in Guest Relations to avoid receiving a fine. 

What size are the indoor and outdoor pools?
The indoor pool is 17m x 7m and is an average temperature of 89F. The depth is from 1m to 1.5m.
The outdoor pool is 17m x 10.5m with an average temperature of 83F heated between end of May to mid-September. The indoor pool is open from 7am - 10pm and the outdoor pool is 9am - 8pm.

What times are the restaurants open?
Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 10.30am
Dinner is served from 5:30pm - 9pm

What is the dress code in the restaurant?
We request that smart dress is worn in the restaurant after 6.30pm with no ripped jeans, collarless shirts or trainers.

Can we stay in the playroom with our children?
When the playroom is supervised unfortunately, we cannot allow adults to stay with their children however outside of the supervised play sessions you are welcome to ask Guest Relations for the key and go in to play.


What do we need to bring with us?
The self-catering apartments we offer are well equipped and come complete with towels, tea towels, washing up equipment, toilet rolls and a good range of kitchen utensils. If you reserve an apartment with a dishwasher, tablets will be supplied for you.

Can we take breakfast in the hotel?
Please see Guest Relations to reserve a table for breakfast, if we have no availability in the restaurant, we will arrange a table in the terrace lounge for you.

Can we arrange for a food delivery to the hotel?
Sainsbury’s, Tesco and Asda all deliver to the hotel.

Do you accept dogs in the apartments?
Unfortunately, pets are not accepted in the hotel or apartments.

Can we use the hotel facilities while staying in the apartments?
While staying in the apartment's guests are welcome to use all the hotel facilities, dine in the hotel restaurants and join in with the entertainment. Booking is essential. 

Do you have any laundry facilities?
We have a guest laundry facility available in the hotel.

When is accommodation payment due?
The remaining balance for accommodation is due on arrival. 

Can electric car charging spots be booked?
Our electric charging points are operated on a first come first serve basis. We kindly request that once your vehicle is charged you vacate the space for other guests to use. 

What kind of charging ports are they?
One charger is Tesla specific. 

What facilities need to be pre-booked.
Use of our Thermal Suite can be booked 24hrs in advance. Guests can book one 45 minute session per day. 

We also take bookings for our tennis court, this is booked as a 1 hour slot per party per day. 

Fitness Classes will also need to be pre-booked. You can view our fitness timetable here

What time can I check in?
You are more than welcome to arrive prior to check in time to relax and enjoy our facilities. 

Check in for rooms is from 3pm.

Check in for apartments is from 4pm.
