Whether you're after a meeting venue, space for team building activities or private dining, Saunton Sands Hotel has some of the best facilities in North Devon. From boardrooms to event space, we understand that working groups come in different sizes, with different needs, so we offer a choice of meeting rooms. Each can be laid out as a theatre, classroom or boardroom, in a u-shape, or for banqueting.
Our meeting room facilities and technology include free wifi, Flip Charts, PA system, LCD projector, 42" television, 35mm projector screen "60 and lectuern with embedded monitor and microphone. Please speak to our event organiser for more information.
The Gallery
Maximum capacity: 50 delegates
This large, private suite makes the perfect venue for conferences, meetings, exhibitions and gala dinners. It has its own bar, plus air conditioning and flexible lighting.
The Terrace Lounge
Maximum capacity: 200 delegates
Large, bright and elegant, with full sea views and direct access to the outside terrace, this is a large and impressive space for presentations.
Surf View
Maximum capacity: 30 delegates
With natural daylight and great beach and countryside views, our luxury apartments in the hotel grounds are great for smaller, informal groups, workshops, interviews and break-out rooms. They have their own kitchen and loo areas and outdoor patio.
