The Dining Room at Saunton with its two AA-rosette status and enviable views of miles of world biosphere dunes and beach, is oozing art deco glamour. Open for dinner every day of the week for residents and locals, our menus present British classics showcasing the finest in local produce, beautifully cooked and presented.
Head chef Mathias Oberg has the CV of aspiring chefs’ dreams, cooking at many feted, multi-Michelin starred restaurants across the world. Luckily for Saunton, he’s decided to leave the frenetic buzz of service at London’s Shard to cook by the beach. He and his team create relaxed contemporary dining, that’s served in style.

Please note that due to the hotel keeping social distancing measures in place, unfortunately we are not serving non-resident cream teas, afternoon teas, Sunday lunches or dinner during September, however this will revisited again as we move forward.
