Our fitness and wellbeing classes have been curated especially for health of mind, body and spirit.
All our fitness classes are designed for all fitness levels and abilities. Our class timetable includes yoga, Pilates, dance workouts, functional training, tennis coaching and meditation to name a few!
Fitness classes are held in the studio, on the lawn, or on the beach (depending on seasons and weather conditions) except Tennis Coaching which takes place on the Tennis Court and Functional Living which takes place in the gym.

Our extensive timetable of fitness and wellbeing classes is available to all hotel residents and spa members. Booking for all classes is essential.
