We are delighted to now accept dogs in our Saunton Apartments, where we strive to create a welcoming environment for all guests, including those with furry friends! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all, we kindly ask that you adhere to our dog-friendly terms and conditions:
- A dog fee of £20 per night per dog will be charged.
- Check-in time for the apartment is 4pm and you must vacate by 10am on the day of departure.
- Dogs are not permitted inside the hotel, front lawn or outside terrace.
- As the owner, you are responsible for your dog's behaviour at all times.
- Dogs must be well-behaved, non-aggressive, and under control at all times.
- Clean up after your dog immediately and dispose of waste in provided outside bins.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead whilst outside and exercised in areas such as the beach and not the hotel grounds.
- All dog breeds and sizes are welcome, but the hotel may refuse aggressive dogs.
- Ensure your dog is free from parasites and fleas before arrival. Please bring their vaccination card with you.
- Declare young dogs under 12 months old and ensure all dogs are toilet trained. Young dogs will need to be authorised by management.
- Maximum of two dogs per apartment allowed.
- Please bring your dog's bed or basket for sleeping as these are not provided. We will provide two bowls, one for food and one for water.
- Dogs are not allowed on beds or furnishings, and hair must be cleared up before departing.
- Staff will not enter the apartment when your dog is present.
- Dogs are not to be left unattended in the apartment for extended periods of time.
- Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused by your dog to the apartment or hotel grounds. Any additional cleaning or repair costs will be added to your final bill.
- Compliance: By bringing your dog to our hotel and apartment, you agree to comply with our dog-friendly terms and conditions.
- Liability: by agreeing to these terms and conditions you are liable for any loss, damage or expenses arising from your dog's stay.
