FITNESS TIMETABLE

Source Spa fitness classes for health and wellness of mind, body and spirit.

• Classes are for hotel residents and Source Spa members
• One class per day per resident/Source Spa member no booking required
• No booking required just turn up and get involved!

Current Timetable:

SUNDAY
Tai Chi -  9 – 10am 
Originating in ancient China, Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body. Although an art with a great depth of knowledge and skill, it can be easy to learn and soon delivers its health benefits. Suitable for everyone. 

TUESDAY

Pilates - 9 – 10am 
Stretch with strength and control. Low impact physical conditioning class for all levels. 

WEDNESDAY

Yoga - 8 – 9am 
Vinyasa flow yoga with Bayfitness. The best start to the day. 

THURSDAY

NEW HIIT workout with Kate 10.30 – 11.30am
HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, which refers to the short bursts of intense exercise alternated with low-intensity recovery periods. It’s an efficient way to exercise and burn calories.

Yoga 7.15 – 8.15pm
Evening vinyasa flow yoga with Bayfitness.

FRIDAY

Pilates 7.30 – 8.15am

Pilates 8.30 – 9.30am
Stretch with strength and control. Low impact physical conditioning class for all levels.

SATURDAY

Yoga 8 – 9am

Yoga 9.30 – 10.30am
Vinyasa flow yoga with Bayfitness. The best start to the day. 

*All our fitness classes are designed for all fitness levels and abilities. If weather permits classes will be outside. Please let the instructor know beforehand of any injuries or contraindications
you have. One class per day per person.
