Parking:
Parking is complimentary for hotel residents, but please note that there is an ANPR parking system in place. Please ensure you enter your vehicle registration at Guest Relations. Failure to do so will result in a fine.
Electric vehicles:
We have installed 2 EV Smappe chargers on site. Smappee makes it easy for guests to use renewable energy more efficiently via one interconnected app, allowing you to track both your charging and costs in real-time within the app.

Your room will be serviced between 9am-3pm

To help save water, towels are only replaced if left in the bath or shower. Pool towels are provided, so no need to bring your room towel.
In-house laundry is available at £30 per bag. For dry-cleaning or more details, please contact Guest Relations.
Guest laundry, located by the main bar, includes washers, dryers, ironing facilities and a drying room. Tokens cost £5 from Guest Relations.
Complimentary toiletries are refreshed during service. Essentials like toothbrushes and toothpaste can be purchased from the hotel shop.
Source Spa products are available each room to use during your stay. These are available to purchase at Guest Relations to take home with you.
