Spa Day Terms & Conditions

Subject to availability

  • Some spa days may not be available during school holidays. Please ask for further details.
  • Tennis court and additional treatments are subject to availability. Please book ahead to avoid disappointment. 
  • Tennis court and outdoor pool may be closed in the evenings when it gets dark, please check when booking any of our Twilight Spa Packages.

Full payment will be required upon booking

  • At least 48 hours' notice is required for cancelling treatments and spa day packages. To cancel group bookings of 3 or more people, we require at least 7 days’ notice.
  • If you wish to amend your booking in any way, please contact us before you arrive. We will do our best to accommodate any requests but cannot guarantee it.
  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented to the Spa Reception team upon arrival.

Spa preparation

  • It is recommended that no alcohol is consumed immediately prior to your arrival and that you consume plenty of water following any treatments and during the use of our Thermal Suite. Those under the influence of alcohol may be refused treatment.
  • To reduce single-use plastics, we request that you bring a water bottle with you to refill.

Arrival

  • Parking is available for all members and guests. Please enter your car registration number in the iPad at Source Reception to access free parking. Failure to do so will result in an automated fine from Smart Parking Solutions.
  • If coming for a spa treatment only, please arrive a minimum of 20 minutes prior to your treatment appointment in order to make the most of your time. This will allow you time to familiarise yourself with your surroundings.
  • Unfortunately, if you are late for your appointment, your treatment duration may be reduced in order to not inconvenience the next booking. In this event, there will be no deduction to the price charged. The 20 minutes will include consultation and after-care advice.
  • Upon arrival, you shall be presented with a wrist band which allows access to your own private locker. We kindly ask that you return your wristband at the end of your visit to avoid any charges.
  • Spa Day guests will be provided with a robe, towel and flip-flops on arrival. If you are a hotel resident your robe and slippers will be provided in your hotel room.
  • Please bring your own swimwear and gym wear.

Health

  • As some treatments are not suitable for certain conditions, we will ask you to complete a health consultation when you arrive for your treatment or package.
  • Your health and wellbeing are our primary concern, therefore it is important to let us know of any medical conditions, allergies, surgeries, taking any medication or pregnancy. Please contact our reception team on 01271 892003 to discuss treatment and spa day options. Our Thermal Suite is not available for ladies during pregnancy for you and your babies' safety. 
  • Please note you must be over the age of 16 to attend a spa day or have a treatment at Source Spa and Wellness.

Arrival at the spa

Please make your way to the spa reception where you will be greeted by a member of our spa team who will then start you on your bespoke Source Spa and Wellness journey. A brief description and an explanation of our procedures will then be explained. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you enjoy your spa journey experience with us.

Opening hours

  • The indoor swimming pool, Thermal Suite, vitality pool, gym and rooftop relaxation area are open between 7am and 10pm. Treatments can be booked between 10am and 8pm.
  • Outdoor pool opening times vary throughout the seasons and it is unheated from September - April, but can vary year to year depending on the weather. Please enquire upon booking if you wish to use it.

Make a day of it

You can book any treatment and upgrade your visit with lunch or dinner, subject to availability. Alternatively, please view our spa day packages.

Post-treatment

We have a spectacular coastal rooftop relaxation lounge and sun deck where you can soak in the view and relax after your treatment.

What we provide

Robes, flip flops and towels are provided to guests for each visit and guests will be allocated a locker.
