A true thermal journey is designed to take you step by step, through a range of spa facilities and treatments to elevate the body temperature to increase white blood cells and aid the flushing of toxins from the skin and intermittently cool down then elevate the body temperature for optimum results. The alternation between increasingly hot and cold temperatures can stimulate and improve your circulation, relax aching muscles, cleanse and rejuvenate your skin and boost your immune system, as well as feeling luxurious and invigorating.
Begin your journey by preparing your body for the journey by showering in warm water to help open the skin pores and cleanse your body in our luxurious contrast tropical rain shower, waterfall and massage jets. Next, it's time to relax and take in the gorgeous views across Saunton Sands and beyond in our beach-view marine vitality pool. Filled with mineral-rich dead sea salt water with powerful massage jets to work the whole body to eliminate muscular tension and improve circulation, providing a mini-hydrotherapy experience alongside many reported health and beauty benefits. Now, let's refresh with a cleansing shower and a cup of water to hydrate. Once cleansed, it's time to heat things up in our in the Salt Inhalation Steam Room, where the warm, gentle heat, releases pure salt vapour into the air whilst you relax in the serene surroundings. Breathe deeply and slowly to inhale the healing saline atmosphere to help with breathing and relaxation. Cool off under the cascading water of our contrast showers before reaching the peak of your thermal journey in our hottest room - our Finnish aroma sauna. To finish off, take a lesson from the Finnish tradition of rolling in the snow post-sauna, and rapidly cool off by rubbing crushed ice into the skin. Leave feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Combine your marine thermal journey with a treatment that will complement your experience and take to our post-treatment Relaxation Lounge and Rooftop Sun Deck, allowing your body and mind to drift into sheer relaxation.
